Hello everyone!

I'm not really sure how I should go and introduce myself in this place... I was already welcomed here with finding sharp objects in my bed... It makes me a little scared...!

[ A lie. Aoba's soundlessly playing with a knife in his fingers thinking about how nice of a gift this was and how he'll save it for later, thanks RECOVERjoy. This would be a rather sharp contrast to his voice, where you'd be able to hear that it is sweet, and quivering. In fear? Either way, he sounded pretty young, and you might not even imagine that his voice belonged to a High School student. ]

But... Let's see... I'm kind of new here. My name is Aoba Kuronuma, and I'm from Ikebukuro. You know, Tokyo's kind of a big place... I wonder if anyone's from around there! Maybe we can make friends with one another. It'd sure be nice to have something in common. Ah... And since I'm unfamiliar with this area, I was wondering if anyone here was willing to show me around? Please take good care of me!

Mikado's less concerned about the fact that Aoba's being incredibly forward with the community here (most of them are out to kill each other! Be careful!) and more concerned about the fact that someone's left him a welcoming gift. That's never pleasant. ]

[ Okay, good. Because Aoba is astounded that Celty doesn't really seem to remember him as the boy who was talking to Mikado in that one warehouse with his Blue Square gang. At least, he'd imagine her response to be different. Meanwhile Aoba knows her as the black motorbike with strange powers... able to create a thread with a substance that just didn't seem to exist naturally.

It'd take a few moments before he'd respond, because he's a little dumbfounded... ]

[ she definitely doesn't! as far as the Headless Rider herself is concerned, Aoba's a mere classmate of Mikado's or Anri's. it wouldn't really hurt to tell him her name, would it? she's pretty sure almost everyone else in that van on that day already knew it, shouted it in a hard-to-pick-up moment of panic that quickly passed. and he's only a harmless kid. right? right.

although... should he be surprised she remembers him? she's not certain how to respond. it's hard to forget someone's face and name when what serious matters happened to them and the others happened to them because of her. ]

I don't usually forget people, but I suppose I should say I didn't expect to come across you, either.
