Boo, but he's probably more ANNOYING than the rest of them!! He even wears this tacky tiara!!

Where I'm from, we haven't even been able to use cell phones in a LONG time. But when I was a kid, we still had them! If that happened to you guys, most people probably wouldn't know what to do, eh?
